  • Acute conditions like upper respiratory infections, urinary tract infections. Chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension.

  • Primary care physicians treat acute and chronic conditions whereas specialists treat either a specific part of the body or a specific disease/illness. The doctors at SCDV are primary care physicians. They can order blood tests, imaging, and refer to specialists as indicated.

  • Since we are a walk-in clinic, wait time can vary depending on the number of patients in the office to be seen. Generally, each patient visit may last about 30 minutes.

  • We strive to teach our patients about the benefits of preventative care and a healthy lifestyle, which can improve their health outcomes.

  • Depending on your health history, you may need to see your physician every 3-12 months.

  • We recognize the multifactorial nature of chronic disease, and try to work with each patient to optimize each of their individual needs, whether it be more focus on diet and exercise or more strict medication management.

    We also know that every patient is unique and at a different point in their healthcare journey, and we try to meet each patient where they are.

    We utilize both prescription medications as well as diet and lifestyle modification to help you live your healthiest life!
